These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fa66 ("fa66", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the fa66 website located at fa66.io and all associated services, games, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided by fa66, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the fa66 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and fa66. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

fa66 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the fa66 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fa66 does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to online gambling platforms, or have previously been permanently excluded from fa66.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of fa66, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity with the intent of exploiting the Platform for commercial gain beyond normal player activity.

fa66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of any pending withdrawals.

By registering an account, you warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and up to date, and that you meet all eligibility requirements stated in this section.

To access the full range of services available on fa66, you must register a player account. You may only hold one account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must keep this information current and promptly notify fa66 of any changes by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. fa66 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you.

fa66 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close any account that it determines has been registered in breach of these Terms, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or abusive activity. In such cases, fa66 reserves the right to withhold any funds pending investigation.

All financial transactions on fa66 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Visa/Mastercard cards issued by Bangladeshi financial institutions including but not limited to BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be subject to change. All deposits are credited to your fa66 account balance promptly upon confirmation of the transaction from the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. fa66 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of ownership of the payment method used.

• Deposits made with active bonus funds attached may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• fa66 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• fa66 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Players may only withdraw funds to payment methods or bank accounts registered in their own legal name.

fa66 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Players may be required to demonstrate the legitimate source of deposited funds, particularly in the case of large or unusual transactions.

fa66 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant offer at the time of its promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before accepting it.

General conditions applicable to all fa66 bonuses include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated tools, collusion with other players to exploit offers, or deliberate low-risk hedged wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on the fa66 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are available within the Platform interface for each product. By placing a bet or commencing a game, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.

fa66 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the following circumstances:

• Where there has been a technical error, system fault, or software malfunction that materially affected the outcome of the bet or game round.
• Where the odds, prices, or game parameters were manifestly incorrect due to human or system error at the time the bet was placed.
• Where the outcome of a sporting event has been determined to have been subject to match manipulation, fixing, or other corrupt conduct.
• Where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.

In-play (live) betting markets are offered at the discretion of fa66 and may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, including during the course of an event. Bets accepted before a suspension event occurs remain valid unless voided on the grounds listed above.

All games offered on the fa66 Platform — including slots, live casino, and specialty titles — use certified random number generation or live dealer mechanics supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. fa66 does not control game outcomes and is not liable for technical issues originating within third-party game software.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fa66 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human players.
• Any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, poker formats, or sports betting markets.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, platform errors, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Placing bets as part of a scheme to launder money, conceal the source of funds, or facilitate any financial crime.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with fa66.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, servers, or databases.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, whether placed through fa66 directly or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme.

All content available on the fa66 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, design elements, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the proprietary property of fa66 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from fa66.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any fa66 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that implies endorsement by fa66 without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of fa66 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by fa66.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa66 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling losses, which are an inherent risk of participation and are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Loss of data, interruption of service, or technical failures affecting access to the Platform or individual games.
• Errors in pricing, odds, or game parameters that were promptly corrected upon discovery by fa66.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other service partners integrated with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit fa66's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. fa66's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fa66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or absence of errors.

fa66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that enable players to manage their activity on the Platform. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and may only be increased after a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them after a specified period of continuous use of the Platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may activate a temporary break from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, the account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes only.

fa66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published by fa66.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification or to provide requested documentation within a specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal instruction from a payment provider in connection with funds deposited to the account.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• A player's own request to close their account or to activate permanent self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fa66 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method subject to standard verification procedures.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting fa66 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets placed before the closure request was submitted will be settled in the normal course.

fa66 may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fa66 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — which may include displaying a notice on the Platform or communicating the change via the email address registered to your account.

The date on which these Terms were last updated is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

fa66 also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or service offered through the Platform at any time without liability to players, provided that any funds held in player account balances at the time of discontinuation are returned in accordance with the account closure procedures set out in Section 11.

These Terms and the relationship between you and fa66 shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of online entertainment and betting services. fa66 operates as a platform intended for use by adult players in Bangladesh and the Terms are drafted with reference to the market context in which the Platform operates.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall in the first instance be referred to fa66 customer support for resolution through good-faith negotiation. fa66 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. The average response time for dispute escalations via live chat support is under 30 minutes during normal operating hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within a reasonable timeframe, fa66 will engage with any applicable dispute resolution process available under the terms of its operational framework. fa66 does not accept jurisdiction of any court or arbitration body that would require it to act contrary to its operational policies or applicable regulatory requirements.
